PAP to Boycott Municipal and Legislative Elections in Cameroon.

Popular Action Party ( PAP) has revealed that they won't participate in February 2020 Municipal and Legislative elections in Cameroon.

PAP consider the elections as "dubious and fradulent" and say they can't contest when there is still war in the Anglophone regions, people detained under unfavorable conditions and half a million of internally displaced persons.

According to the party, the forthcoming municipal and legislative elections will be marked by irregularities, fraud and rigging.

However, in communique signed by communication secretary of the PAP, Fabrice Lena, they are expecting  steps that will finally provide solutions to the Anglophone crisis and not elections.

Nevertheless, PAP calls for the demilitarization of the North West and South West and proper attention as concerned material and human destruction in the regions before any election in Cameroon.
