Three Dead in an Accident by Former Defense Minister's Vehicle

At least three persons are reported dead and many others wounded in a road accident that occurred today November 8, 2019 in the locality of Nkolmetet in Mbalmayo, Centre region of Cameroon.

According to reports, the accident involved the vehicle of Cameroon's former Defence minister Remy Ze Meka and anothet vehicle heading to Mbalmayo.

Former Defence boss Remy Ze is said to have lost control at the level of Nkolmetet provocking the accident which left a man, two women dead and many injured.

Meantime, the former state man was taken to the Nkolmetet Gendermarie Brigade for protection, fearing the wrath of the inhabitants in the locality.

Remy Ze Meka was Cameroon's Defence minister from 2004 to 2009 suceedisuc to Laurent Esso, the current minister of Justice and Keeper of the seal.
