Day 2 of Major National Dialogue: Eight Commissions Designated.

After the naming of the various Heads of Commissions on day 1 of the major national dialogue, discussions within these commissions began today October 1, 2019 in Yaounde.

The commissions are instituted by the government to examine major issues affecting Cameroon.

Heads of the Commision are Hon Joshua Osih for the Multiculturalism and Bilingualism assisted by Pierre Mokoko, meanwhile Dr Dorothy Njeuma heads that for the Educational System.

As concerns the judicial system, Benjamin Itoe is assisted by Hon Joseph Mbah Ndam  and Pr.Kofele Kale. The Refugee Commission is headed by Christain  Cardinal Tumi.

Whereas the commission for Reconstruction is headed by Dr Christopher Fomunyoh. Disarmament commission by Saibou Moussa. Diaspora and Decentralisation commissions by Atangana Amougou and Ngole Philipe Ngwesse respectively.

It's worth noting that out of the eight commissions, six are headed by Anglophones from the two English-speaking regions of the country affected by the socio-political crisis.
