The Military parade will have the army of Congo Brazaville as guest of honor alongside the Cameroonian defense and security forces.
According to reports, the Congolese soldiers who arrived in Yaounde on May 15, 2019 will participate on the 17th and 18th in the preparations for the military exercises of May 20, 2019.
The 47th edition of the National day which has as theme; "Unity in diversity, a major asset of the Cameroonian people in their determined move towards emergence", will be celebrated as well by civilians in days to come.
However the Cameroonian troops will be commanded by army general Assoualai Blama from the Kousseri motorised Company in the Far North
