TWO MINISTERS REACT AFTER STUDENT MURDERED

Minister of Public Health Manaounda Malachie and minister of Secondary Education, Nalova Lyonga have reacted to the incident of a stabbed student of Lycee Diedo in Douala.
Minister Nalova Lyonga who remained silent since last Friday, following the death of 17-year Rosman Blerio Tsanou who was stabbed by a student, finally condemned the act in a communique read in State radio. She sent her condolences to the student's family as well as the education community as a whole.
Whereas, on the other hand, Minister Manaounda Malachie has suspended the three nurses at the Diedo hospital who were on duty at the emergency unit when the stabbed student was brought to the hospital and later died.
In a release signed on Tuesday April 2, the nutses have been suspended for three months for demonstrating unprofessionalism in handling the case.
The nurses, Ndonda epouse Mbella Fidel le Marie, Ntogni Celestine epouse Kouamo and Nlontchi Ndeko were all found quilty of  filming the dying student and later sharing the images on social media.
However, the minister of Secondary Education has been criticised for her passive attitude since the incident occurred on Friday as she goes and launch the FENASCO games in Yaounde  rather than visiting the school or family members of the deceased.
